My philosophy… Exercise should be fun!

My ethos is that exercise can and should be fun. It should be something that you look forward to alongside the physical and mental rewards.

I love having the opportunity to help people improve their lifestyle and achieve what they want for themselves. Whether that be; health improvement, long-lasting weight loss, improved confidence and self esteem – or a combination of these goals.

Let’s bust some myths…

The healthiest way to long-term weight loss is to make simple, realistic changes to your lifestyle in order to create a new ‘normal’ which has evolved from your current habits. This shouldn’t involve crash diets (abstaining from the food you enjoy!), as these approaches are only ever short term. My ultimate goal for you is to develop an exercise program and an attitude to diet which is both healthy and most importantly enjoyable and maintainable!
